SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
Using a 30-inch or larger dish, aim with the following settings:

For DGL-1189S you should setup as below will better:
Satellite Name: 118°W (Anik F3) or 119°W (Echo7)
 

• LNB Power: ON
• LNB Type: Universal
• LNB Frequency: 9750Mhz/10750 MHz

Finally, do an AUTO SCAN or a BLIND SCAN
